The booking system always displays the staff to be booked:
- You choose at the beginning of the reservation.
- If you do not select a worker yourself, the booking system will offer a worker who has a time at the time offered and the time you select. The selection is so random. You will always see the name of the worker in the booking system after the selected time (see the recap after selecting the time slot), so by completing the booking you agree to this worker.
The booking system should confirm the staff member’s name in an email as part of the booking confirmation. All details, including the name of the employee, are listed in the Membership Base.
If you are transferring a reservation
- If you have a pre-selected member of staff at the start of your booking, they will remain with you.
- If you have option 2, when you move your appointment online, you can also change the worker according to the new time you choose based on the automatic selection during the online move.
