The booking system always displays the staff to be booked: You choose at the beginning of the reservation. If you do not select a worker yourself, the booking system will offer a worker who has a time at the time offered and the time you select. The selection is so random. You will always see the name of the worker in the booking system after the selected time (see the recap after selecting the time slot), so by completing the booking you agree to this worker. The booking system should confirm the staff member’s name in an email as part of the booking confirmation. All details, including the name of the employee, are listed in the Membership Base.
