What you will find here

You’ll learn how to prepare food and drink. You’ll learn how to work with money. Presumably even though you may have experience, you’ll learn something new so basically we’re looking for open minds that can laugh and be cool with the customer. Maintaining hygiene and order will also be one of your important roles. Once you learn to work in the kitchen, you will also need to know how to work the cash register. That’s how it works in a small company sometimes, that everyone has to learn at least something from everyone and work on improving what you are doing at that moment. We are newcomers in Ústí nad Labem. That means you’ll have time to learn everything at the beginning. Later on, some times during the day it can get very busy and some times it gets a little quiet again. You’ll find time to clean up, get ready, that sort of thing.

We offer

• employment contract with a starting wage of 125 CZK/hour
• extra pay for weekend work 10%
• then as you work from hand we will increase your wage and you can get up to 200 CZK/hour
• when you start, the possibility to set your working hours and, if necessary, if you try to make arrangements in time, the possibility to approve a change of working hours (e.g. you have a sports match)
• if you have been with us for a while, you are entitled to paid leave according to your average wage and hours worked.
• the opportunity to consult ideas for improvements with your employer
