Thai massage therapist

The profession of a masseur is a very demanding job and it is not interchangeable with other activities that dehumanize honest work. We help people to get rid of difficulties from a unilaterally stressed body. Clients’ problems are often caused by unhealthy posture and work habits or from unilateral overloading of the body at work and in sports. We are not in a very popular tourist destination, the nature and the surroundings of the town are very nice and it is a good place to relocate your residence, but there are few tourists here and so the massage associated with relaxation after tourism is not very popular and you will meet tourists only occasionally. So, count on the work to be of a high standard to keep the client coming back. This is the only way to get the best pay. If you get more satisfied clients, you will have more hours worked and more money. The majority of our clients are women. They are businessmen, hospital workers, civil servants, teachers, etc.

We need

We are happy to hire long and short term women and men as specialists in Thai massage with a certificate obtained in a school in Thailand of 150 hours or more. We are only recruiting candidates who have completed a Thai massage course. Job seekers who have purchased a certificate please do not contact us. Specific requirements:

• Polite behaviour and calm demeanour.
• Independence.
• Openness to our company’s working practices and openness to learning new things and improving our working practices.
• Professional knowledge in your specialty. As a specialist in Thai massage you must know the anatomy, techniques of Thai massage, contraindications to massage (i.e. you must know which health condition is unsuitable and such a client must not undergo massage or avoid certain parts of the body completely).
• Knowledge of English in case you do not speak Czech (communication in Thai is also possible, but knowledge of English is important if you are moving from another country).

We offer

• Full-time, part-time. Possibly to students according to their capabilities.
• Support in the beginning when relocating from another country. If you are relocating from another country or a distant city, we are able to offer accommodation.
• Up to 4 weeks’ holiday if you work full-time (so you have enough hours) or less if you work fewer hours – for example, if you work part-time. Such leave is paid at the rate of the average wage. Alternatively, more time off as unpaid leave can be arranged individually.
• Adequate salary (for more information regarding your expertise and salary, please contact us on Line or by email)
• The work is performed during 5 working days and 8 hours each working day in case of full-time work. At least two days a week you have time for yourself to rest for the following work.
