There you can find a button to reschedule the reservation for an available free date.
Just as you proceeded with the selection of the most suitable date in the reservation system, you can each enter the membership base under their account and find free dates there and then agree together on a date that is available to both as available.
Maybe it’s because some of your information has changed or someone hasn’t followed booking conditions. You want to use someone else’s data, or someone else used your data. The email address thus became part of Ketom’s membership. If this is your email address, you can resolve it easily. Log in to Membership base and there you can change any deviations from your data to your current ones. The discrepancy may be in your name, phone number or other information.
It is possible that the bank requires you to confirm with a 3D code, which is a novelty from the production of the European Union, which seeks greater regulation in payment security. Each bank has a slightly different solution, but the essence of increased security is quite similar. The most convenient way is to confirm payments using your bank’s mobile internet banking applications. It can work by entering a PIN or the mobile application will ask you to confirm the payment in it.
