The reservation request was processed by our system engineer Mr Ketomat Receptionistless 🙂 automatically and reliably without any possible human error on our part. If he had no reservations, it confirmed your reservation by email or assessed the need for human assistance and also have emailed you (or even sent an SMS).

Fulfillment booking conditions is still assessed individually.

First booking?

If this is your first booking, please make sure you have made a payment in advance or redeemed one of the gift vouchers.
This is a prerequisite for approval of your first bookings. After a few more we can approve reservations automatically, and you can use one of ours offered benefits.

When booking, you have all the information in the email. With the confirmed reservation there are also some links in email:

  • to add this appointment to your mobile calendar
  • plus the following on the next line

Cancellation of a confirmed or booking in another state is possible using the canceling link and according to the rules in the email sent to you as a booking confirmation.

Didn't receive an email?
