Click on “CONFIRM CANCELLATION” to confirm the cancellation request. Click on “DO NOT CANCEL” to cancel the cancellation request. If you have already paid in advance, you will lose that payment and it cannot be paired back with a new reservation. A redeemed COUPON (season pass) is also taken as a prepayment.
Therefore, we recommend that you move your paid reservations by card or coupon within the Membership Base within the allowed limit before the date and do not cancel the reservation with the link from the email you received with the confirmed reservation.
