Today I had a massage for the first time in my life and I chose the Ketom salon and I definitely did not make a mistake. The masseuse (Benja) was very nice and the massage was great. I have certainly not visited this salon for the last time. I highly recommend it. 👍🏻

I had a back, neck, neck and hand massage with Ms. Namphueng and it was absolutely perfect! ✨ I'm very cold, so I was excited about the heated bed. The masseuse is really strong and she massaged my sore spots well. I had a massage after X years and I plan to go regularly. After 1.5 hours I felt reborn. Thank you 🫶🏻

Paní Ket odvádí svou nejlepší práci, spolu s dalšími masérkami. Tím to ale končí.
Jakmile se naskytne sebemenší problém nejčastěji s rezervací (kterou musíte nejprve zaplatit předem pro schválení), nepochodíte.
Na tel. podporu zapomeňte, tam nemáte šanci něco řešit urychleně, jelikož se ani po Xté nedovoláte.
Objednat masáž pro někoho jiného vás bude stát přesně cenu masáže, protože jste porušil údajně podmínky, a to i přesto, že v krocích na ně nemusíte být vůbec upozorňován a co hůř - žádné jste ani neodsouhlasil.
Co jsem zjistil, tak jednatelem společnosti je velice arogantní pán, který má zákazníka až na posledním místě.
Má zkušenost byla negativní po X letech, kdy jsem se rozhodl udělat manželce radost, tak jsem vyplnil manželky iniciály a zaplatil. To co následovalo jsem vážně nečekal. Zamítnutí rezervace, nevrácení částky a upozorňování pořád dokola na nesmyslné podmínky!
Musel jsem dokazovat, že jsem žádné podmínky neschvaloval, což jsem samozřejmě prokázal. Toto je přesně dokonalým tématem pro ČOI, a to jenom proto, že je jednatelem člověk, co rozhodně nehledá způsob, ale důvod.
Výsledek byl takový, že jsem byl zablokován údajně pro agresivní chování a navíc bez masáže pro manželku.
Líto mi je nejvíce masérek, co pod takovým člověkem musí denně pracovat.

Chtěl jsem koupit přítelkyni masáž krku, zad a ramen protože má dnes svátek. Tak jsem ji zarezervoval masáž a samozřejmě zaplatil 750 korun. Ve chvíli kdy to zamítli, tak jsem se snažil dovolat aby mi pomohli jak to udělat, bohužel telefon nikdo nebral. Tak jsem se spojil na whatsappu kde mně doporučili koupit ekupón i přesto, že jsem říkal že potřebuji masáž na dnes. Samozřejmě kupón nepřišel a ja jsem pouze - 1500kč a ještě k tomu arogatně poučován od Paní/Pána na whatsappu.

Nejak takhle si predstavuji poskytovani sluzeb v 21. stoleti. Ve stredu se mi tzv. „kousla“ zada. Jeste ten vecer jsem po ceste v aute za rodici vyhledala Ketom. Objednala jsem se hned na druhy den pres jejich dokonaly rezervacni system, uhradila masaz predem kartou a ve cvtrtek v pet vecer uz jsem si uzivala nadhernou olejovou thajskou masaz u pani Ket. Ta ma uzasne ruce a priste uz vim, ze hodina u ni je malo! V Usti pro me neuveritelna sluzba za fajn penize a s profi pristupem. Dekuji!

Total satisfaction, I recommend! When I made the reservation, I mentioned the pain points and Ms. Namphueng focused on them and I must say that the massage helped me. A warm bed is very pleasant. The environment is also nice and it's great that it's right in the city center.

A pleasant environment, a heated bed, everything smells good. The masseuse is a very pleasant lady, finally a massage according to my taste🙏❤ the lady was not afraid to push a little harder and increase the intensity, what pleased me the most is that she does not talk, like everywhere else, you then relax and relax beautifully. I chose a back, neck, hand and head massage, the lady also massaged my face and it was very pleasant. I recommend👍👍👍

Ketom - Thai massages are a place where you can rest and relax as much as possible during the entire massage. In the past, I visited a chiropractor and nowadays, thanks to the care of skilled masseuses, it is no longer necessary. They can only recommend 🙏👍

Gift voucher - coupon (from the month of December) which could not be redeemed due to constant busyness or out-of-date date, it was not possible to call you or choose an approximate date, you did not respond to communication via the website, therefore the voucher was forfeited, wasted money. Absolutely arrogant attitude to any feedback. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, I have to write a negative review. I wanted to change the date of the massage today due to illness, and due to some oversight, my reservation was changed to the same day that I wanted to change and also to an earlier hour, so the reservation could not be changed at all. I don't know if it was a system error or not, but I immediately contacted the company with this problem and asked for help. My appointment was changed, but immediately (about twenty minutes) canceled again, saying that I had the wrong reservation and that it was my fault. In addition, I was insulted that they did not have a receptionist at the moment and that I was wasting their time. Since I thought that the person who received the emails must have misunderstood these messages, I wanted to make an appointment at least by phone and solve the whole problem. No one answered the phone, so despite my health condition, I went to the salon in person. Unfortunately, no one was opening there either. Of course, this also forfeits the payment for the massage, which is paid in advance. If anyone is interested, I would be happy to send the communication between me and this company. Unreal deal at this time!!!

I experienced two massages in two days as presents from my family. Such a great idea, sister!😁 One from Wasin (back, arms and neck), the second one from Ayura (foot massage). I felt very comfortably during both procedures. The place made me feel like I am again in Asia (the smell, fabrics, people). The staff is extremely polite, friendly and the massages were just perfect. I feel like I am a newborn-happy and fresh. 100% reccomended!! One mistake: the first day I forgot to have more money to give a tip to Ayura. So I have to come again to change that❤️😁

ABsolutně neschopný a neochotný recepční....budova oblepena nabídkami k pronájmu, vstup nijak neoznačen... divný dojem, kvůli nezájmu recepcniho se masáž neuskutečnila, nehodnotím tudíž maserky a jimi poskytované služby...
