Working hours maximum 8 hours per day. The maximum working time per week is 40 hours. So it's 8 hours a day for 5 days. So then it turns out that you have 2 days a week off. Overtime is allowed, but exceptionally used.

Holiday is provided by law. It is paid according to the average monthly wage and is a maximum of four weeks after one year's work performance. In agreement with the manager, it is possible to draw shorter sections of vacation, even after several months of work for us.

Accommodations that you usually share with a maximum of two of our other employees. Comfortable bed, kitchen with household appliances (fridge, microwave and more). We try to ensure that the accommodation is always as close as possible to your workplace. Some accommodations have fitness centers and other leisure options nearby.

Intelligent layout and organization of work for maximum employee comfort and use of free time. We work with a reservation system. We do not demand to remain all the time. We set up your work schedule on your mobile phone to see when you work and when you need to be at work and enjoy life during time at work.

Medical care: We will accompany you to the doctor if you need to. Health insurance is stipulated by law and paid for by the employer and part by the employee. All actions and needs are then covered by the health insurance company.

We will support your family life: If you have a wife or husband, we can try to get a job for your husband or wife. Shared accommodation by arrangement with us. After working for several months, your children can also be helped with a residence permit (if you have children).
Later we will help you obtain a permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic. This means that we will support you with teaching the Czech language.
