Reservations are only processed by the reservation system and can be retroactively evaluated for an unlimited period of time if the terms of the reservation have been violated. Reservations may subsequently be refused under the following conditions.

Booking process and reservation terms

Booking a procedure can only be done by a person their own personal data. These are used to send comments and important information about the reservation or its cancellation online by the users or the salon.

EVERYONE MUST MAKE A BOOKING FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR DETAILS ONLY AND MUST BE MEDICALLY FIT TO RECEIVE A MASSAGE

Making a reservation for another person or using another person’s data for your reservation is prohibited and may lead to the blocking of the account of the person who made the reservation for another person and the creation of a new account using someone else’s data.

You enter purposefully:

  • Name and surname
  • Phone number and email address

When booking for the first time a user account is created for you. The email address or phone number is the main data for creating a user account in the system. So you cannot create two different accounts with the same email address or phone number! For those whose email address has been misused by someone who has violated these booking conditions, you may then receive a message that email already in use etc. Edit your data in Membership base so that the information agrees with yours. Of course, you log in with your email and generate a password (if you don’t know it). Then again, there should be no report of email usage.
If you enter a different email address as the person you are booking with than the one you are the recipient of, you will lose the options and benefits that the booking system sends to the email address and thus violate the terms and conditions of the booking. The reservation can be canceled.

Do not put a space after the email address.

By using our reservation system, you agree processing of personal data.

Transferring the reservation to another person is not possible

Reservations cannot be transferred to another person, as it is necessary for everyone to read and agree to the terms and conditions of the reservation and to make themselves aware during the reservation of the possible risks associated with a possible medical condition that may be unsuitable for the application of the service. See contraindications. Only a person who we believe has made a reservation in accordance with the terms of the reservation may be accepted for the service.

Right to change the booking time by Ketom

We don’t like to do this, but we reserve the right to change the time by five to ten minutes 4 hours before the scheduled deadline to optimize the reservation.

We need to consult with you for a longer time than ten minutes. Although we don’t usually do it because we respect your choice, as your optimal leisure time.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation can be canceled under certain conditions. But we still recommend that you move your reservation to the limit (maximum 8 hours) before the scheduled time in the Member’s Base. Moving between the designated time and the scheduled date may result in a membership restriction if.

Only if you have accidentally made a reservation or wish to cancel it in the future, you will always have a cancellation link in your email, which is only valid up to 8 hours before the scheduled time, and depending on the service provided, this time may be shorter. The date and time until which the cancellation link can be displayed in the email confirming the reservation. If you click on the link to cancel your reservation and confirm the cancellation once again on our website. The page asks if you want to confirm the cancellation. Then click on Confirm and this will cancel the reservation, along with the payment and coupon (if used).

Active reservations with a used coupon or other form of payment in advance do not disturb and can only be rescheduled in Membership base, which is intended for rescheduling. Alternatively, if you cancel it, you will lose the payment by coupon or other form of payment in advance.

Do not cancel booking with coupon or advance payment

If you cancel a reservation with a redeemed coupon or prepayment via the cancellation link, you will lose the entire reservation with the coupon or other form of payment. A coupon that you redeem once is redeemed once and so the system registers it as used. The membership base moves bookings to other dates of your choosing within the membership base. Move your reservation in the Member Base if it offers a free date. The voucher or the amount paid in cash will be transferred in the Member Base to the reservation under the new reservation number.

Cancellation fee

If you do not show up for an appointment that you have not cancelled or rescheduled in time within the allowed time limit, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the service. In the case of pre-paid service or coupon redemption, the payment or coupon is forfeited and any cash balance is subsequently recovered for additional payment. You must pay the cash arrears to our bank account and you must obey the demand for payment of the amount due. We will restrict your ability to pay in cash at the premises.

We price the booked time according to the booked service whose price was displayed in the booking system and if it was not displayed, according to the price lists on our website and its length (i.e. 100% cancellation fee). The current price of the service or rental for which the reservation was made is according to the current price list, but even if the price may change later, the price at which you made the reservation in the reservation system is valid. You can also be reminded of this price at any time by viewing it in the Member Base, which is also the default booking confirmation channel.

We are unable to respond to cancellation or other change requests by email or telephone. The reservation system or membership base works for us. You are responsible for whether or not you make or cancel your reservation on time.

In the event of a breach of the booking conditions, the booking is likely to be refused and the amount paid refunded or the redeemed voucher manually adjusted so that such voucher can be redeemed again. This will be done under certain conditions. In this case, the person paying will need to claim this amount back. Please contact us by email and specify the details of the booking, booking number, etc. We will then proceed as follows if the booking was made in breach of the booking conditions and payment was made in advance by credit card or other form of payment or by coupon payment:

  • Payment in advance by funds: in connection with the costs charged by the payment gateway or other payment processing partners, third party payment processing fees may be charged. We currently use the payment gateway Stripe to process payments in the booking system and their price list is listed at https://www.stripe.com. This means that we may apply these costs, which we may deduct from the amount you have paid and refund the difference back to the payment method you selected when you paid. This fee is charged for each payment made and subsequent cancellation.
  • Or the payment was made with a coupon purchased through our online store or at the same time as the cash payment, we will try to provide other possible uses of the coupon. This does not apply to coupons that have been issued free of charge to provide a discount on services. These some also have the option of being used only once.

A person who receives notification of a booking that they have not made themselves is obliged to cancel the booking by following the link provided in the booking confirmation email.

Transfer of the term in the Member Base

Everyone has access to the Member Base after their first reservation. If the Membership Base allows or offers other dates for rescheduling, the reservation can only be rescheduled up to 8 hours before the scheduled date, which may be shorter or longer depending on the service provided. This time can be indicated in the booking confirmation email. Reservations moved within the limit from the specified allowed time before the date to the time of the reservation with the applied priority payment can be cancelled without refund and so the payment will always be forfeited with the cancelled reservation. If you move without prior payment, you will then be sent a non-arrival report to the procedure and a change in the terms of the member. After the time allowed for booking before the scheduled date, the button or any rescheduling option may no longer be active.

The non-compliant booking is cancelled by moving the reservation, or any advance payments will be transferred to the new reservation. You can then get confirmation by email about the cancelled reservation and the newly created reservation for the newly selected time slot. Detail of the moved payment terms of the original booking is always shown in the Member Base without change.

Advance payment disputes

The membership database shows payments made and coupons used. If there is no confusion about the payment made, the payment applied or the coupon used by the member itself in the membership base can be shown. In the event of a disagreement, the member will not be shown in the Membership Base that he has paid, does not prove the payment in advance, then the payment is always in cash.

Reservations that have been paid in advance can be moved at the Membership Base. Therefore, if the traffic restriction comes from particularly serious conditions, e.g. as a forced closure of the comparison rooms by order of the Government of the Czech Republic or other subjective limitation of operation (that is, any event that we are unable to influence, such as illness of the employee), we do not refund payments for prepaid reservations and only offer the possibility of moving the date to another date in the Member’s base. To save the paid payment at the last minute due to non-response of the reserved person and we can move the reservation ourselves to a time that is far enough away from the event that limited our operation and so the person who made the reservation will then be able to move the reservation to the nearest suitable and available date.

Account restriction option

Moving between a scheduled time and a scheduled appointment that is moved on a regular basis at times that are allowed, but repeatedly causes us to subsequently not fill the appointment due to, for example, the appointment being moved on a regular basis repeatedly in the evening and the procedure should therefore have been the following time, can lead to a restriction of the booking option.

Restrictions can also be set in case of aggressive and incomprehensible behaviour.

In the event of repeated breaches of the terms and conditions and increasing administration, the account may be temporarily restricted for further bookings and the massage as a gift in the form of a voucher may be used by another person as an option to transfer the voucher to another person. As coupons are usually issued without a designation in the name.

Default reservation display and confirmation

The default booking confirmation is to view the booking with all details in the Member Base. Emails only serve a simple informational role and the option of using the cancellation link in the email. An inbox is not a default confirmation of a booking as we cannot guarantee its delivery. The display of the resization plan is thus an optimal use of the Member Base.

Possibility to check in during booking

It is not conditional. If you fill in the same details for the first booking or if the same details are already known to the booking system, the client account is identified automatically and the booking is assigned to the correct client account and subsequently displayed in the Member Base.

Right to request payment in advance

According to the history of experience with the reservation system and knowledge of the terms of the reservation, the client may be required to pay in advance. Experience with the booking system is taken especially the ability to move bookings in the Member Base and cancel them by reference. According to the experience we evaluate initially for each client the booking system assigns a Newbie/Beginner status to each client, which remains until the client is switched to a status that offers more membership benefits. If a Newbie is offered the option of cash payment, this option can only be accepted approximately one hour before the scheduled appointment, otherwise, the booking may be rejected for lack of payment in advance.
