    Unfortunately, I have to write a negative review. I wanted to change the date of the massage today due to illness, and... due to some oversight, my reservation was changed to the same day that I wanted to change and also to an earlier hour, so the reservation could not be changed at all. I don't know if it was a system error or not, but I immediately contacted the company with this problem and asked for help. My appointment was changed, but immediately (about twenty minutes) canceled again, saying that I had the wrong reservation and that it was my fault. In addition, I was insulted that they did not have a receptionist at the moment and that I was wasting their time. Since I thought that the person who received the emails must have misunderstood these messages, I wanted to make an appointment at least by phone and solve the whole problem. No one answered the phone, so despite my health condition, I went to the salon in person. Unfortunately, no one was opening there either. Of course, this also forfeits the payment for the massage, which is paid in advance. If anyone is interested, I would be happy to send the communication between me and this company. Unreal deal at this time!!!read more

    I experienced two massages in two days as presents from my family. Such a great idea, sister!😁 One from Wasin... (back, arms and neck), the second one from Ayura (foot massage). I felt very comfortably during both procedures. The place made me feel like I am again in Asia (the smell, fabrics, people). The staff is extremely polite, friendly and the massages were just perfect. I feel like I am a newborn-happy and fresh. 100% reccomended!! One mistake: the first day I forgot to have more money to give a tip to Ayura. So I have to come again to change that❤️😁read more
